Veronika Katri is a Greek-Australian multidisciplinary artist. Katri´s art practice is a means of storytelling and recording her experience of life.
Painting from her own archive of memory, imagination and from her direct surroundings, Katris´s work flows between fiction and reality. Using symbolic and narrative elements in her work Katri creates her own storytelling through mythology, memories of her childhood in Santorini, her travels and her experience of the Icelandic landscape. These elements merge throughout her work, narrating the artist´s own personal and poetic synthesis.
